Before delivery

Choose a starting tote count, any handcarts, and your preferred delivery date. A two-week rental gives you time on both sides of moving day. Add extra weeks if you know you’ll need them.

Send both the starting address and the place where the empty totes will be collected. Include unit numbers, stairs, parking restrictions, gates, and any building rules. We check the route and available inventory before confirming the final quote.

While you pack and move

Assign a destination room to every tote and use a removable label to note what is inside. Keep matching lids with the totes. Keep essentials, documents, medicines, and valuables accessible instead of packing them where you cannot reach them.

You or your movers carry and transport the packed totes. A handcart can be added to your rental, but its suitability depends on your route, surfaces, and load. Equipment capacity and handling guidance will be supplied before use.

When it’s time to return

Empty every tote and bring the matching lids and any rented handcarts together. We agree on a collection location and time as part of your rental arrangements. Tell us early if your move date or pickup address changes.

Extra time depends on availability; please request an extension before your scheduled collection. Final cancellation, rescheduling, damage, and replacement terms will be provided before you book.
