Information you submit
The quote form collects your name, email address, phone number, requested equipment, rental dates, both addresses and ZIP codes, and any notes you choose to provide. We use these details to assess the route and availability, prepare a quote, and contact you about your request. The contact checkbox does not enroll you in marketing.
Quote form requests
Submitted quote requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available through an owner-protected inbox. Hosting and database services process information to operate the website. A confirmation on screen means the request was saved; it does not mean a rental is booked or payment has been made. The website does not automatically send an email or text notification when you submit this form.
Orders completed by email
The cart’s email option opens a draft in your email app. You can review it before sending. The website does not send that message for you. When you send an email, the message and any details or attachments you include are handled by your email service and the business’s email provider, and arrive in the business email inbox. We use the correspondence to confirm equipment, dates, locations, pricing, and rental arrangements.
Technical information
To limit repeated form submissions, the service stores a day-specific hash derived from the request’s IP address, or its email address if an IP address is unavailable. The quote record does not store the raw IP address. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical logs and necessary sign-in information. This website does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics.
Please keep sensitive information out
Do not enter credit card details, security codes, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive information in the form or email. The website’s quote form and cart do not collect payment.
