Delivery and empty-tote pickup are free when both stops are in Cleveland / Bradley County. For other locations, both stops must be within our 50-mile service radius; one $30 fee covers delivery and pickup. We verify both street addresses before confirming coverage. ZIP codes alone do not establish eligibility.
