A few things to know before the first tote arrives.
Black plastic totes with removable yellow lids, like the Costco totes you may already know. Exact size, load limits, and handling guidance are confirmed with your rental. Matching lids and removable labels are included.
You or your movers transport your packed belongings. We deliver the empty rental equipment and collect it after you unpack. Moving labor and warehouse storage are not part of this service.
Yes. Delivery and empty-tote collection are free when both addresses are in Cleveland or Bradley County. If either stop is outside the county, the total fee is $30 when both stops are within 50 miles of Cleveland, TN 37312. We verify both addresses before confirming; service outside the radius is not automatically available.
Weekly extensions are $25 for 10 totes, $40 for 20, $60 for 40, $80 for 60, and $100 for 80. Each extra set of five totes and each handcart adds $10 per extra week. Extensions need approval and depend on availability.
Empty every tote and gather the matching lids and rented equipment. Tell us about stairs, gates, parking restrictions, or access instructions when you request a quote. We will agree on an accessible collection location.
Include any uncertainty when you request your dates. Availability and delivery routes need to be checked again if your schedule changes. Rescheduling and cancellation terms will be supplied before you book.
